SUMMARY:Teaching Observations and Feedback Workshop
DESCRIPTION:
	Teaching Observations and Feeback Workshop

	Bradley Coleman

	Co-Director, HMS Curriculum Fellows Program

The ability to give and receive constructive, actionable feedback on teaching is critical for anyone from whom teaching will be a component of their career. We will discuss the goals of teaching observations and identify best practices. This will include training on the use of an observation rubric and an introduction to several observation protocols frequently used in STEM classrooms. We will also explore the ways we, as individuals, respond to feedback and practice strategies for maximizing the positive impact of our observations.

This workshop is open to all members of the Harvard community, but priority will be given to participants in the SEAL Teaching Certificate program. All interested participants should register using the link below.
